We went one day the hotel to check the availability, once we opened the door to the reception we closed it back very quickly, because as a Moslim people we can't stay in same place where dogs are. Dog was running free in the reception.

This hotel has just under gone a huge refurbishment and boy can you tell. Nice and modern, renovated, helpful staff and prime location with good links to Manchester City Centre.

Staff..are very helpful. And caring. Best hotel i have stayed at. Wheel chair. Facilities clean I have stayed at a lot of hotels i would recommend this hotel. Better than the Hilton hotel . because of the owner he is most helpful goes out of his way to help others and his son.all staff are polite best hotel

Great place to stay , staff were so helpful , room was well equipped and very comfortable good breakfast would definitely recommend it and will stay there again
